DIY Luggage Rack Night Stand

The amazingly creative and stylish couple, John and Sherry, from Young House Love came up with this inexpensive and functional end table project. They came across this cheap-o luggage rack at a thrift store and snagged it for only $10. They decided to keep the green color (but if you run across one in an undesirable color, just spray paint it!).

Sherry simply replaced the support bands with wide brown ribbon using a staple gun. They also purchased an affordable brown tray to use as the surface for the table.

They decided to use command trips to attach the tray to the luggage rack. That way the tray won't fall off.

See the command strip holding everything in place?

And there you have it! A super simple and adorable end table! Just top it with cute accessories like lamps, books, and frames!
